Hi,
Does anyone have their new 2014 styles showing up in "Other Styles Found" rather than categorized in their proper locations? For example, the new "Medium Bossa Poll Winners" style _JPLMBOS does not show up under any of the Jazz categories, but instead appears in "Other Styles Found". It isn't just that, I have 164 styles showing up in "Other Styles Found" and they appear to be all of the new RealStyles and MIDI SuperTrack Styles.
I emailed Tech Support and they responded that I should reinstall. As a rule, I am always skeptical of that canned answer from anyone's tech support center, since it is usually the easy first response troubleshooting step that never fixes the problem. I would rather not spend the extra few hours reconfiguring my new 2014 BIAB after a reinstall if it is unnecessary. Can anyone else confirm this problem.
(By the way, I am the proud new owner of the 2014 UltraPlusPak.)

Please try to rebuild the style picker, that should be the very first thing you would want to try. If you would like to send us the resulting screen shot after that I would be happy to take a look at it and compare it to my own version.

Hi Rob,
Just sent you some screen shots. I've also looked at the BBW.LST file and see that the new styles aren't listed under the appropriate categories there either. I assume this is a file that ships with the software, and isn't created after installation. This leads me to think others may have the same issue.
I rely on the StylePicker pretty hard to tell me what styles are available, as I'm sure others do.
Outstanding product, by the way! I am really enjoying the new release.

Hi Larry,
If rebuilding the Stylepicker yields the same results again, try rebooting the computer first, then try rebuilding the Stylepicker again.
Don't know why, but it worked that way once for me.

Thanks for the tip, Mac. I rebooted and rebuilt again. Unfortunately it didn't work for me.
So I'm guessing from the loud sound of crickets I'm hearing that other folks with BIAB 2014 don't have this problem. Odd, because I could swear I see the same problem in the BBW.LST file.

Thanks Mac, of course. Yes, I have contacted them by email and did so before starting this thread. Since they recommended a reinstall, I was looking for confirmation from others that they are not seeing the same thing I am. I really dislike reinstalling software, since it usually breaks something I've configured.

I've reinstalled BiaB on top of itself numerous times over the years with zero bad consequences.
Just reinstall the one RealTrack file installer that should have the missing stuff in it and see if that works.
It won't make two copies of anything or the sort.
