Ok John. I remember I helped you out in making the decision to use Biab last year and you were appreciative. That's a good thing. However, this is one of my biggest pet peeves. Saying something important is intrusive and inconvenient and you basically hate it without offering an alternative.

What you're doing is called bomb throwing. It's easy to criticize but much harder to include a good idea that addresses everybody's concerns to go along with the criticism.

You're usually pretty reasonable so here's the question: What's your alternative security method for PG to use since you "know all about software thievery"?

And my 2nd biggest pet peeve in situations like this is when someone answers that question by saying this:
"I don't know but this method certainly isn't it!"

That's not an answer.

Bob

one of my pet peeves is when someone attempts to disqualify the inputs of others by requiring them to also solve the problem they have observed! laugh it is completely legit to observe and comment on a problem regardless of whether or not you have any solution to offer!

but since you asked...I'd prefer they used the same methods they have used for the past 24 years! software piracy didn't start in 2013 but somehow they have managed to do pretty well. laugh

oh and BTW I still appreciate your help last year and throughout this year!
