Hi folks,
Hope everyone who got it is enjoying their early Christmas present to themselves!
1 Does the master realtrack installer also install the shot and hold files, and aslo the direct input files or do they have to be installed separately? I do realise they all have to be in the same folder.
2 Should one of these large files such as realtracks, shots and holds or any of the others be installed by mistake a second or even third time (so many its hard to keep track) will they overwrite the existing files or simply create another copy 1 or such. I am asking this in the hope that the originals would be overwritten as they would really take up a lot of space if a further copy of a file was made. I think my BB folder is now 85gb large, don't want any duplicate copies on there.

I had to doubleclick and run each and every install file.
That's the way its always been.
If you re-install any of the file overtop again, it won't hurt anything and it will still install just those files, as they will have the exact same filenames, can't put duplicate filenames on the disk with Windows OS.
I've reinstalled files like that many times.

Maybe I misunderstood either the OP question, or your response, or both, with respect to the master installer but I used it and it installed every file it found (every shots/holds, direct inputs, and RT's *.exe it found in the directory from which it was run).
Additionally, when it was done It created an "install_log.txt" file and reported the ones NOT found, the ones installed, and the ones that might have been installed incorrectly (yep, the ones not found were reported as possible installed incorrectly)
But everything that was there installed just fine, so ...????

Larry, beta testers may have had a different procedure; don't know. How did you install 2014? Did you run a Setup.exe?

Before we get too far down this path , I did not have any install issues for any part of this release so am wondering why you ask?
But having said that, I used the downloaded BIAB/RB 2014 installer and installed over 2013, as always, no problems. Then I used the RT installer to install all the new RTs and shots/holds,as described previously - again straight foreward and no issues.
I was simply commenting on the RT installer worked for me.
