Yes, at least one minor chord needed if you want to hear minor chords. If you just put major chords, you will hear major chords played over any chord type. For a simple userTracks, you might only want major chords (for example, if it was a bass part that just played roots, you just record major chords).

Yes.

The more content the better (more chord types, more variations). But if its a simple style to begin with, then you likely don't need much.
