It may be a case of a missing codec. 48. Why can't I play the videos on your website?
Windows
Some of our recent videos use Flash, so if you can watch YouTube videos you should be able to watch the videos on our site. If not, you may not have Flash installed on your computer, or perhaps the version you have is too old. The latest version can be downloaded from the Adobe home page.
Some of our other videos are streaming WMV (Windows Media Video) files or .AVI downloads. If you are having trouble playing these (if you can hear the video but not see it), your computer may be missing a codec needed by the video. Some of our videos use the TechSmith Screen Capture Codec (TSCC). Click here to download the TSCC codec.
If you are still having trouble playing WMV files, you might try reinstalling the latest version of Windows Media Player for your operating system, or looking at some of the settings in Windows Media Player in Tools-Options. Or, you might have a Firewall that is preventing the file from being streamed. Same may apply to files of that same format range even if they are on your computer rather than streaming from the website. Click HERE to download the TSCC codec from PG music. That same codec may also be on your pg supplied install disk somewhere as well. --Mac
