Hi guys I would appreciate if someone can direct me to a solution about installing the tutorial videos and songlessons . They cant be run on my system despite that I have tried the compatibility mode  Is there a x64 version of these exe files. I cant seem to install them. I had the same situation before with the Modern Jazz Piano software because they are done for erlier OS they are not backward compatible or cant be run on a x64 system. Because they have worked on x32 Windows 7 before. I dont want to run Vmware virtual xp window for these to work Thx a lot in advance...

It may be a case of a missing codec. 48. Why can't I play the videos on your website?
Windows
Some of our recent videos use Flash, so if you can watch YouTube videos you should be able to watch the videos on our site. If not, you may not have Flash installed on your computer, or perhaps the version you have is too old. The latest version can be downloaded from the Adobe home page.
Some of our other videos are streaming WMV (Windows Media Video) files or .AVI downloads. If you are having trouble playing these (if you can hear the video but not see it), your computer may be missing a codec needed by the video. Some of our videos use the TechSmith Screen Capture Codec (TSCC). Click here to download the TSCC codec.
If you are still having trouble playing WMV files, you might try reinstalling the latest version of Windows Media Player for your operating system, or looking at some of the settings in Windows Media Player in Tools-Options. Or, you might have a Firewall that is preventing the file from being streamed. Same may apply to files of that same format range even if they are on your computer rather than streaming from the website. Click HERE to download the TSCC codec from PG music. That same codec may also be on your pg supplied install disk somewhere as well. --Mac

hi thanks for answering but I suppose you got me wrong . My problem is not being unable to watch videos. My problem is being unable to open the exe files which contains the tutoriall app and the videos... The exe file is unable to run on my windows ...

If you are referring to Installation .exe files recently purchased from PG Music, I recommend that you contact PG Music Sales Support directly, either via tollfree hotline if available to you, or email, or live chat.
Don't wait on this Open Forum to settle an issue like that.

Hi , I've already done that .They said they are gonna contact me as soon as some solution comes up. And they warned me that it could take little bit longer than usual because of new release... The only reason I am writing it here to see if somebody had the same problem and maybe found a solution which I never tried. I know that I can install a virtual xp window and so on but this would be not a convinient solution for me...
