Perhaps if your questions were a bit more specific you would have gleaned answers. They are a bit too on the generic side perhaps, too many possibilities there. How about giving us a step-by-step as to what you are doing and what happens when you do that?
As for the mandolin and reverb, try locating the root file of the mandolin in use in the realtracks folder and playing it back using the Media Player on your computer. Listen to see if the root file has that much reverb on it or not. If it doesn't, look for a reverb plugin in the host programs. Tell us the name of the root mandolin file so others can have a look and listen on their end.
