G'mornin' Larry et al,

Just discovered this while trying to figure out where certain Instruments disappeared to on my XP system.

Where I left off last night: Some of the instruments could be selected in SampleTank and would play as Hi-Q, while others, such as the big Acoustic Grand Piano, could not load and would yield the error message, not found.

In the SampleTank Instrument selection window that pops up in BB when choosing a Hi-Q instrument patch, those instruments that can't be loaded, their names are followed by,

Hi-Q 002 01 Piano, Acoustic, Bright Grand SampleTank.tgs ++ not found in C:\Program Files\IK Multimedia\Instruments\Band-in-a-Box\Band-in-a-Box

Note the Band-in-a-Box folder that is supposed to be inside a Band-in-a-Box folder there.

I tried creating a folder named, "Band-in-a-Box" inside the first Band-in-a-Box folder and copied the instruments over to it, but did not think that could work, and things are still as they were.

The Patch is in the folder, though, as are all Patches that won't play and yield that error message seem to be as well.

Can't figure out why some play and some don't, though.
