That may be the way to get the process started.
A while back Ambience had an issue working with PT. I don't even remember what the issue was, but rather than expect PGMusic to fix it, I contacted the author of Ambience, who then contacted PGMusic and between them they got it fixed.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
