Okay i opened it, and I see what you are getting at but now what? First off i think we agree for mixing original songs for adding to an album separate drum tracks are better to have and give us far more options in the mix. But there are so many options already available to do this why at this point would PG want to go back and re-invent the RD wheel? I ask this not to argue with you, because i get your point, but it seems there are far more pressing issues for all of us to ask for that will benefit enough people that we should focus on those.

You want multi track drums, there is the option for midi drums, and split the tracks and use a superior sample program, or have the sample program's multiple output feature be able to be mixed, or even recorded. This is one feature i did love in Reaper, you can route the output of jamstix to separate tracks, in RB you can output them to the main, but you have to use the compression and EQ in JS to mix, and that is limited so far.

RDs and the generation system is very unlikely to be completely overhauled and all the track re-recorded to separate tracks.

It also seems you are discussing two completely different issues here, multi tracks drums, and endings. RDs do endings 2 bar and 4 bar, if they are not satisfactory let's discuss that with them. I do sometimes not get real good endings with the present system, but i also might not be fully understanding how to do that yet.
