If there is already a Drum track, MIDI drums that is, and the kick is where you want it only there are other drums and cymbals in there, use the PianoRoll editor to delete all but the kick hits for those bars.
If the drum track is RealDrums, of course, that kind of editing can't be done. But for the kick only you might get away with applying an EQ plugin and turning every frequency but the area that the kick resides in down. Likely mixed results from that one, but may be worth the shot for the purpose.
