You can't use the fast "Render" command with ANY hardware based MIDI synth, SD2 is one.

The "Render" command must use a software DXi synth and thus uses the sounds from that DXi synth and not the sounds from the Ketron at all.

This is because the sounds do not "live" in the computer and are not available for that kind of fast access.

The sounds are living inside the Ketron and there is no way for the computer cpu to go into the Ketron and get them out and assemble them.

With a Hardware MIDI synth, we must properly attach the L and R Stereo Audio Outputs of the synth to the L and R Line Inputs (Audio) of our computer sound card or device - and RECORD the entire performance from beginning to end onto an Audio track in order to hear what the hardware synth's performance is doing.

If you've been "Rendering" you've been listening to the wrong MIDI synth all this time in those Renders.
