Good catch by Matt about the Mac version 80. I found this thread that says it's not available in the Mac 2013 version: http://www.pgmusic.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=199874I notice that the tutorial in the support page doesn't mention that this is a Windows-only feature....maybe it should to avoid confusion??? Thanks, Ed. Yes, I wish that BIAB had have mentioned that Repeats/2nd/3rd Endings are a Windows only feature. Would have saved me a couple of hours of bumbling around trying to find it in the Mac version of 2014 BIAB.
Probably would have saved you a little frustration, too, because you probably didn't understand why I wasn't "getting it" . . .

Yes, that is intended behavior. The feature for a new line with part markers is disabled if there are also repeats and endings In the song. With repeats and endings , a main purpose is to get the sheet looking as concise as possible, so the extra lines weren't desirable. Good to know. It took me some time to discover that part markers are disabled using repeats and endings. But I don't understand your remark as "concise as possible". If you have e.g., 1st and 2nd endings with 1,2 or 3 bars, reading becomes much easier if e.g., a repeated 2nd second section starts at a new line, rather then somewhere along the stave. No offence but I don't like this intended bahavior. Rob
