Well, the fadeout is a bar-by-bar proposition and not a note-by-note thing.
What you are really searching for is a way to accomplish a sustain on that last note only.
If the last note is from RealTracks, I'm afraid there isn't much that can be done inside BIAB for that.
If it is MIDI, there may be some tricks, using Hold feature followed by a different chord from the last chord in the following bar that is Rest All Instruments. Be sure to extend the song length appropriately to match.
Then use a CC64 "sustain pedal" command on the MIDI notes, which acts like the sustain pedal on a piano. This may or may not work well, depending upon the instruments involved, though.
