In the past I believe all separate track/instrument WAV files exported from a BIAB song at the same time would be exactly the same size. In the two exports (two different songs; all tracks were RTs/RDs; I do not have Audiophile) I did in the last 24 hours I found this:
Export 1: Drums and Piano were each 2x size of Bass, Guitar, Soloist, and Strings.
Export 2: Drums, Piano, and Strings each 2x size of Bass, Guitar, and Soloist.
I just want to be sure I am not losing sound quality on the 1/2 sized WAV exports. Could it be some RTs/RDs are mono and some are stereo? The variance does not correlate with Volume, Pan, or Reverb settings in the BIAB song. I thought export file size was a function of song length, and that thus all simultaneously exported WAVs would be same size. I'm running the latest version of BIAB with the latest patch. Thanks.

If you can hear everything same is it was from inside bb on the export, I would not be concerned about this.
And, yes, some are indeed Mono while others are Stereo.
Drums are likely to always be Stereo tracks, many of the Pianos would be as well, that's how you properly Mic a piano.
There can be other reasons for differing file sizes of the tracks as well, for example, a track that is only invoked for a lesser amount of choruses can be shorter than a track that is there for he entire song length, or an instrument such as a horn is likely to be recorded as Mono, simply because there is nothing to gain from recording what is essentially a mono source, a horn with one bell, as a Stereo file.
If it sounds good, it IS good...

The stereo vs mono thing would certainly explain it.
Stereo has 2 times the data in it so yeah....
I never look at the size. I look at the waves in my DAW, and there are both stereo and mono tracks imported.
