Certain Jazz Styles inherently avoid the 5 in chords, one example would be the GARNER.sty, in which the LH piano is typical E. Garner, tritones and shells.
As for doing it via chord entry, while there is indeed none with the "no 5" specifically, bear in mind that many of the SUS chords will not force the 5, as well as the lone 4 chord.
