That's interesting feedback Bernard FAQ item number 41 on this page states: 41. Can I purchase a complete User's Guide for my program? "A complete User's Guide is included with any first-time purchase of Band-in-a-Box, PowerTracks Pro Audio, and most other products. If you lose or damage your manual, you can purchase a replacement manual for $10 US plus shipping. Full PDF manuals for Band-in-a-Box, RealBand, and PowerTracks are also included with each of those programs." So this slightly contradicts what you've been told. Maybe it's worth going back to the support team at PGM and seeking further clarification. Hope this helps Regards Trevor

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
