That's interesting feedback Bernard FAQ item number 41 on this page states: 41. Can I purchase a complete User's Guide for my program? "A complete User's Guide is included with any first-time purchase of Band-in-a-Box, PowerTracks Pro Audio, and most other products. If you lose or damage your manual, you can purchase a replacement manual for $10 US plus shipping. Full PDF manuals for Band-in-a-Box, RealBand, and PowerTracks are also included with each of those programs." So this slightly contradicts what you've been told. Maybe it's worth going back to the support team at PGM and seeking further clarification. Hope this helps Regards Trevor When I ordered BIAB2014 (by phone) I was told essentially the same thing - that the hard copy manual will be ready in about a month (which would have meant mid-January or so), and would cost $10. Note: I have not ordered it, but if this is confirmed somewhere, I may very well order it.
