Coming back to the topic of the instructions for use for BiaB 2014... I have bought BiaB 2014 last December, as I do every year since 2006... I miss the instructions for use, which usually come after the program has been downloaded (I download the program and do not have it sent to me as a hard copy-too long for me, cant stand the waiting...) Of course, with the download came a document (as every year) with "the new features" explained. This document has around 26 pages, whereas the "real thing" like the last version of the instructions I have (2013) has more than 600 pages. Sure I check all videos, but for me it is not the same than reading the instructions..
OK, I speak today with PG Music through the chat screen (super feature) where you can write directly your query and get an instant answer, works fine...
So now I am told that the instructions for use folder/file "has been redesigned" and that the only way to get it is to order a "hard copy" (!!). Should I order BiaB a second time?
Anybody in the "same situation" or am I the only one alone and left out?? (soft crying...) Bernard

So this slightly contradicts what you've been told. Maybe it's worth going back to the support team at PGM and seeking further clarification.

When I ordered BIAB2014 (by phone) I was told essentially the same thing - that the hard copy manual will be ready in about a month (which would have meant mid-January or so), and would cost $10. Note: I have not ordered it, but if this is confirmed somewhere, I may very well order it.

I personally have not seen a hard or soft copy of the full 2014 manual yet. Anybody else seen one?
My Help-View Manual link (or close) still pulls up the 2013 manual. Latest updates installed. Yet the other link for Upgrade manual (in the same Help drop down) opens the 2014 upgrade manual.
