Am not a Guitar player, but love good music.
Your guitar playing is excellent, guitar sounds are great. The sound is special. The guitar sounds take me back many years. Your guitar melody sounds to me like the Ventures.
Congrats on the new guitar.
Thanks for sharing!

I like it. Is the echo recorded with the guitar or put in later? Nice work....Hank

Sounds great, sounds like one of those heavier-than-ash bodies at work, though, which leads me to ask how much the body feels to be weighing. Some prefer that sound, so its not a knock at all. The heavier body woods tend to add sustain and an overall tone clarity to the sound, putting the well known "Strat" overtones of another era out of the picture. And I'm also thinking that the pups are in play there, too. Again, not a kill nor a complaint, just a curious question from an interested party.
Nice playing as usual, Alan.
Your attention to detail and your articulation, is noteworthy.

Alan, one of my JC favs too. Gotta have Nokie hear it, if you don't mind. You get a lot of sound out of that guitar, which doesn't surprise me in the least. You are very gifted, my friend. I'm so glad to have you back on these forums.

Hi All
Thank you for the kind comments,i am glad you like it.
The guitar spec is ;
Alder Body - 9.5 Radius Neck - Split Shaft Tuners - Fender Vintage Trem with Steel Block and Push in Trem Arm
The Pickups are Hand Wound by a company in the UK called Oil City Pickups,these are his Triple Blues set.
Electrics are standard Strat wiring and the lower tone pot works on the bridge pickup.
I don't know the weight of the guitar but it is about the same as a USA Strat.
Alan
