Seems like a push, but I can't seem to get it right. ACW doesn't do very well with it. Does fine in the verse and chorus, but way off in the prechorus.
You're talking about the "Our God, you reign forever" part.... getting BB or RB to replicate that groove right there may be a tricky thing as you have found out.
I love LB's version and the guitar solo is one of the tastiest solo's in CCM ever.

People who refuse to count while playing music - or listening to it - relying only on feel, will likely always be confused by something as simple as this insertion of one bar of 2/4 in a 4/4 song.
"1,2,3,4,1,2,1,2,3,4"
Rewind is your friend.
The "Our God" part simply inserts one bar of 2 in there.
Our God, ////
You reign //
For-e-- //// ver ////
Easily done in BB using Bar Settings to change that bar to 2 beats there.
Don't forget to do it again on the following bar to change it back to 4 beats per bar again.
Thanks guys. I have counted and the chord plays on the "and/off-beat" during that prechorus. It took a while to figure it out, but almost every chord throughout that section uses a push. The music part I understand. Getting BIAB to create it is the technical part I struggle with. Maybe not the correct way to do this but it is working.

I think you're talking about the next phrase there.
There's an 8th push on the 4th beat and another on the first beat of the next bar.

At one time, I put a band together to play the P&W music for a Christian Biker State Rally event. (CMA) This was one of the songs in our short play list. We worked up around 10 songs and had a number of others that we all knew previously. Yes, I had that solo together at that time. It's not really that hard. Simply break it down into parts. The first part is probably the easiest since it's octaves. Work on each part separately until you get it right, then put them together.

Its always fun to take off a note-for-note on solos like this one, but the only time I got to play the guit and not the keys on such a number, well I just jumped down on the stompbox and proceeded to go full tilt shred-nutz.
