Thanks guys. I have counted and the chord plays on the "and/off-beat" during that prechorus. It took a while to figure it out, but almost every chord throughout that section uses a push... I think you're talking about the next phrase there. There's an 8th push on the 4th beat and another on the first beat of the next bar. --Mac
