Hi Bob. You mention two issues, attack and timing. Sometimes the snippets that are selected and joined together to make a performance can sound 'ragged' if the sources are dissimilar in attack as you say. You can freeze the other tracks if you like them, and keep hitting Generate/Play to see if you can get a smoother performance overall.

For timing, it is normal for players to vary the timing, especially the BIAB guitar tracks as I've noticed, so again, try regenerating to see if you get something you like better.

For even more control, you can load the song in RealBand (supplied free) and regenerate just one section of a song.

If you still can't get it to be satisfactory, freeze the song, upload the SGU/MGU file to someplace on the Internet like Dropbox, and post a link to the song so we can try it.
