Also is a very good idea to set the song length so more than just the two bars desired, and then record at least several iterations of the figure in a row.
Then use the power of the Audio Edit window to select from the best sounding of the two bar phrase and put it into the first bar position while shedding the others.
Setting up for a Countin and then requiring yourself to instantly play a line with good timing plus groove and feeling in only those two bars will just make it all the more difficult get a great take.
