i wasn't sure where to post this question ...Anyways... when i take my biab song into realband i lose my realdrum arangements ..the red lines around the numbers dont show up ...is there anyway to make it so all the realdrum changes i made still come up in realband ..
is there another way to import realdrums?

You could save the BiaB realdrums to a wav file, then import that wav file into your RB project on a new blank track.
Or use 'drag/drop' (I think)
I'm not clear on what you mean by 'the red lines around the numbers'.
How do you 'take your song to Realband'?
Give a little more detail on how you are attempting to do everything.

ok Thank you very much rharv ..that works pretty awesome ..i just draged the drums out as a wave
same as blue and green markers but the red lines that appear around the numbers when you change what the realdrums are doing or any kind of patch change a red line appears around the numbers on the chart ...~ for example i wanted side stick for vrs and snare for the chrs...the red lines appear to show me where i changed anything
i just save in band in a box and load it into R.B nothing fancy

The Red Lines indicate that one ore more of the Bar Settings is invoked on that Bar.

Ah yes... that can be a blessing or a curse when you open the song in RB and it regenerates all the tracks anew.
Dragging and importing solve that problem.

It is important to understand the reasoning behind the various different methods of using BiaB tracks in RealBand, there is a good reason for each method, depending upon what it is you want to accomplish.

Exactly, and why can't RB accommodate these bar-setting arrangement features from BIAB. This has been on the wish list for a long time (or a long time ago). If this was possible you could rough-cut an arrangement in BIAB prior to going into RB. Not a big deal for me today as I have adjusted workflows, but I remember this used to be frustrating - working up a complete arrangement with bar settings and then losing it all when you transferred the file to RB for recording.
