I would highly recommend only connecting one keyboard at a time.

For starters, Band in a Box can only recognize and use ONE MIDI input and ONE MIDI output at a time.

Use a USB device like the one I linked to above for that older but very fine Yamaha keyboard.

Use the USB connect for the Oxygen 25 for times when you want to use that one.

The key here is that you can't switch between the two USB MIDI while BB is open and running. To switch, you have to first shut down BB, then disconnect one USB and connect the other, then start BB back up and visit the MIDI/Audio Settings window and reselect the proper input and output for each one. Since the Oxygen has no sounds of its own, that means when using it, you'd likely have to select a DXi synth as well.

Realband, on the other hand, can indeed work with both connected at the same time. The caveats for a new user are there, though, this can often be confusing and many times the user is not sure what exactly is making the sounds...

Once you use that Yamaha a bit, though, I doubt you'll want to work with the Oxygen much.
