2009 for Macintosh は、大文字/小文字を区別するボリュームで使用出来ますか？
購入、インストールしましたが、起動時に
Some required files for Band-in-a-Box are missing or not found. Please reboot the Mac or re-install the program. If problem persists, please rebuild the desktop.
No Guitarists will be available !. Can't find DEFAULT.GIT
DEFAULT.GIT not found, no Guitarists will be available
とのメッセージが出ます。
ACWもコードをBIABへ送れません。
MacBook
Mac OS X 10.5.6
Mac OS Extended (Case-seneitive, Journaled)
一応英語環境で再インストール、再起動したが変化なし。
数日悩んでましたが、default.git の実際のファイル名が小文字で、メッセージのそれと違うことに気づきました。
大文字/小文字を区別するボリュームでは使えない？

「Some required files for Band-in-a-Box ...」のメッセージは、バージョンアップをして、既存のBIABフォルダに 正しくインストールしなかった場合等に表示されますが、（参照： http://www.pgmusic.com/techfaq7.htm#78）おそらくお客様の場合は、文字・小文字を区別するファイルシステムをご利用のためだと推測します。 Band-in-a-Box は大文字・小文字を区別するファイルシステムはサポートしておりません。 解決策として、下記のファイル名をすべて大文字（またはすべて小文字）に書き換えるようご案内しております。 chordsub_osx.bin default.git default.har default.mel default_osx.sol bbm.lst オーディオコードウィザードの問題は既に知られており、現在修正中です。 もうすぐ、パッチ修正が出る予定です。下記のページで時々ご確認ください。 http://www.pgmusic.com/support_macintoshupdates.htm

ACW の 「OK-Send to BIAB」ボタンと「Cancel」ボタンがなくなっています。

情報ありがとうございました。
旧版のFAQまで見ていませんでした。
（そもそもサポート外なようですが、）大文字/小文字を区別するボリュームでの使用は実用的でないようですね。
chordsub_osx.bin, default_osx.sol, bbm.lst は見当たらなかったので、旧版の情報がそのまま役に立つ訳でもなさそう。
代わりに CHORDSUB_X86.BIN 等がありましたが、変更すべきなのかがわかりませんでした。
念のためハードリンクを張れば良いのかもしれませんが、他にもファイル名が食い違うらしいファイル（メッセージ）がちょこちょこ出てくるので、面倒になってやっていません。
なお、build2 のパッチを当てましたが、ACW の「OK-Send to BIAB」ボタンと「Cancel」ボタンがなくなっていて、依然としてコードを BIAB へ送れません。
これが ACW のバグなのか、環境に依存した問題なのかわかりませんでした。
ちなみに、大文字/小文字を区別した環境では、そのままではパッチが適用出来ません。理由は、最初にインストールされたアプリケーションの名称が「Band-In-A-Box」だが、アップデータは「Band-in-a-Box」の有無を検証するからのようです。
あらかじめリネームしておくか、mpkg の中身を直接当てれば何とかなるようですが、正常にアップデート出来たか、いまいち不明。
また、再生中にボタン（停止、一時停止）が反応しなくなることがありました。
必ずではないし、escキーは反応します。
ACW を試したくて、でも Mac版の話が出ていたので、ずっと待っていたのですが、とりあえずはwindow版を買っておくべきだったか。ちょっと残念。

ACW のボタンの問題は、英語の掲示板で報告されていたようですね。
パッチは１週間以内らしいので、期待して待ちます。
ちなみに、ACWのウィンドウが画面からはみ出してリサイズ出来ないという問題も報告されているようですが、これはこちらでも発生しました。
しかし、その後再現していません。
