I never got their EZ Keys to work when they did a free offer back about a year to year and a half ago.

I never got their EZ Keys to work when they did a free offer back about a year to year and a half ago. Scott, I have been won over by their marketing of the new EZD2 (coming May 6). I have watched all the videos and it just looks like something I need. Just too cool to pass up. Buying EZD1 now was the most cost effective way of getting the new version which will come now as a free upgrade.

I have purchased a lot from these people and always had a great experience with them. I just purchased a vocal reflection filter.
Music is an expression that is a universal language, Never criticize anybody to harshly. They need time to grow but when they do, they do. Always be kind in what you say and do because the man upstairs is watching.

Guido No response from them in three days. Not Good! I was able to register my purchase thanks to Chris at Sweetwater who provide the revised updated links.

Thanks for asking Pat. All is good for now. Sweetwater was able to help be get to the right page to register my new purchase of EZD1.
The forum over in Toontracks is a little messed up since they have just done a major revision of their website. Combine that with the fact that they provide no support phone number (corporate offices in Chicago) and the forum has a moderator to screen every entry before it is posted. So my entries went unanswered for a couple days. My emails to support were never answered.
In four days EZD2 is released and I will get a free upgrade. Hope that goes smooth.

I have purchased several items from SW with no problems. In fact, I bought a footswitch from them that mis-delivered by UPS. Instead of making me fight UPS, they sent me another footswitch. when UPS finally get the first order to me, SW told me to keep if for my trouble.
