If you want to copy MIDI data from one track to another track, you can use the Edit- Copy/Move Tracks dialog.
For audio, if you want to use the same RealTracks on two tracks, its better to just select the same RealTracks on another track, and you will get a similar track.
btw, there is a "Same But Different" feature that works when you use the same RealTracks on 2 (or more) different tracks. This works automatically behind the scenes, and makes sure that it never generates the same parts on 2 tracks at the same time. So if you have 2 strumming guitars, they will play different parts, as if there were 2 people playing.
