There is not way to tell BIAB how to "voice" the chord. You can influence it to some degree, for example placing the / to force a bass note, both no way to voice inversions. Ya, you did not essentially want the 5th in the voicing you specified in the tab, but BIAB will likely play it depending on the style or on the specific RT you select. We talk about this with newbees all the time. If you want to predefine each note for playback in BIAB you will be disappointed. On the other hand, let it play the 5th. I am betting it will not be a problem if you are just a little flexible.
