Hello
I just bought my upgrade to BB2015 and I saw this jBridge thing we can get for 10dollars
Can anyone explain to me what jBridge is and eventually how to get it ,I search the site but didn't find it

Purchase jBridgeNote that the installation and download instructions will be sent by email directly from jBridge in a separate email from your PG Music confirmation email. JBridge allows you use 64bit VST's if you need to (most 64 bit VST's also have 32 Bit version as well (ie Kontakt, Halion, Ozone, Alloy ect.) so you may not really need it unless you have 64 bit only VST's. This is Jbridge site, may help some. This comment is based on reading other folks posts here. Jbridge will allow you to use a VSTi(SoftSynth) that is 64 bit only. 32 bit software cannot run 64 bit software without bit of help.PG folks apparently worked out a deal with Jbridge to sell to us with discount.

The cool thing about jBridge is that with this new version of BIAB/RealBand, you can load a 64-bit VST/VSTi directly, just like you load a 32-bit VST/VSTi. But, if you have any other applications that don't support doing this directly, jBridge comes with a utility to create a bridge file for any VST/VSTi, which wraps the effect/instrument, and you just load that bridged version. It supports creating 64-bit bridged VSTs for 32-but applications, as well as creating 32-bit bridged VSTs for 64-bit applications (not all 64-bit applications support loading 32-bit VSTs), so you get the best of both worlds.
Now, you will find there are some VSTs that just won't work this way, but you'll probably find that it's because of an incompatibility between the app and even a native VST (which bridging couldn't fix anyway).

Hello Jean-Marc, Yes jbridge is very cool. If you want to use 64 bit plugins with Band-in-a-Box 2015, you just need to get jbridge and install it ($10 if you buy from us and you have bought BiaB 2015). Once installed, that's it your 64 bit plugins will work automatically, and you just select them as you would any VST plugin. This is because BiaB has built in support for jbridge, so it "just works."
