I don't know how old your computer is but ...

If the BSOD errors are memory errors and not hard drive access errors, the issue can very well be the power supply. If the power supply is the same age, or older, than the WD black hard drive, the capacitors in the power supply may be allowing voltage fluctuations into the motherboard.

It could be a lot less hassle to replace power supply than hard drive.
