If you are talking Realtracks, there is no way to adjust which octave the chord is played in. It's possible to try different regenerations and maybe one of those generations will produce the wanted inversion of the chord.

Pitching shifting a generated Realtrack chord is also possible but pitch shifting by one octave is substantial and it might not give the best results.

If you are working with midi rather than Realtracks, adjusting the octave of the chord is easily accomplished in Piano Roll or Notation Mode.
