Hi Dave, last I remember the TeaForTwo_render.wav is the whole song with effects etc, the other is probably a RT that was playing in the song somewhere along the line. Look in the options for export and you can choose how you like your pudding lumpy or smooth or use the dropbox feature to your DAW. I usually export as stems then add milk:)
