The Notation Window defaults to the Melody Track view. '
Perhaps that is the problem.
Change the selection from M to the second S to see if that's it.

These RealTracks includes “Soul Jazz” with Neil Swainson (bass), Mike Clark (drums), Charles Treadway (organ), Miles Black (piano), and Brent Mason (guitar).
