"Render" -- in the sense of "Direct Render" that BIAB does, can only be done with a DXi synth. If you choose that, you can get a rendering of your song, only problem with that is that the sounds you hear for MIDI will be those sounds as made by the chosen DXi synth and NOT the SD2's sounds.

With a hardware synth like the SD2, its output, as well as any RealTracks/Realdrums output, must be *recorded* to a stereo audio track by playing it back from beginning to end while recording the outputs.

RealBand is an easier way to accomplish this IMO. Depends a lot on what kind of soundcard you are using, what the connections are to the SD2, what the soundcard drivers and its accompanying software mixer are capable of doing as well.
