Hi klasskat,
It sounds as if you are trying to click on bars in the *2nd* chorus. That won't expand song length, as you've seen.
*Use the Chord Grid view on the mainpage to set songlength.
*Sometimes it is necessary to use the "Unfold to One Long Song" command in order to take what is in the 2nd and succeeding choruses and put that data on the first chorus and therefore viewable and editable on the main Chord Grid page. Then try clicking where you want the Chorus to Repeat, if you do.
