BIAB does 4/4 by using a style that combines a measure of 3/4 followed by a measure of 2/4.
A MIDI file already written in 5/4 may be a difficult situation to use, if not impossible because BIAB does not natively recognize 5/4 time sig.
However, there are BIAB files out there already created for Take Five that work. The Yahoo Band in a Box User Group has them, as well as Allanah's Band in a Box song resource, do a web search for either, free downloads.
