Mario is of course correct. If you set the lowest bass note in BIAB to B, perhaps it will work, or at least place the octave jumps in a different place. Not sure.

True story: on one concert, a song we played was written by my fretless bass player Mark Egan (Sting, Pat Metheny etc.). After we finished and I complimented him on his writing, I joked that he was playing a five-string bass and as soon as he got paid, he could afford that sixth string. The audience included many of the regional music pros and they laughed.
