That would be... one that starts and stops with space bar or any single key.
One that doesn't sound like a space toy, just a plain click.
One that lets you choose weather or not 1 is accented.
One that scrolls the tempo if you hold done the up or down button
One that uses single key strokes for the functions, assignable keys would be nice.
The first two would be acceptable. I have seen none like this or that you could hear how it sounds before downloading. The metronome market on line seems to be a snake oil pit. The one in the mac dashboard is a cruel hoax. It either makes you look a long list of names by dead guys or a mouse click for each plodding asinine tempo incrememt.
