A few ideas Paul,
1 latest version of biab 2016 update 429?
2 go into realtrack picker and rebuild and fix
3 go into realtracks/realtrack preferences and try that custom folder to where you have installed all the realtracks. Rebuild again.
4 if all else fails probably might have to install all the realtracks again, but biab has to know where they are installed, hence setting the custom folder in realtrack preferences usually if on a different drive, but in you case since not recognised as installed I would have a go at setting the custom folder in realtrack preferences anyway.
Hope you get it fixed.
