Welcome to the forum. The "see UserTracks_error.txt" message was first seen when UserTracks were released in 2014. PG Music commented at that time the message can safely be ignored.

Shots, holds and other "special" chords do not work correctly at this time. If you look back through prior UserTracks posts you will find a post by "solidrock" where he created a spreadsheet matching certain UserTracks with shots, holds, etc. It's a workaround until the issue is addressed.

You should also be aware UserTracks do not work properly with 3/4 time.

UserTracks can have a lot of promise for users but they should still be considered as an idea under development at this time.
