Inside BIAB, Rightclicking on each RealTrack's green part name yields a menu, at the bottom of which is an option to export just that particular RealTrack. RealDrums are the same.
Rightclick and export each one as a separate Wav track, then select an empty track in RealBand and use the File -<Wave Files -< Imort Wave File command to bring the first track in.
Highlight the next empty track and repeat for the remaining separate wav tracks exported from BIAB and that's it.
