This is a simplistic explanation, but as I understand it, it's possible that it's selecting a wrong chord for RealTracks, because what you get from RealTracks is based on a table (internal to the program) with offset values to what's where within the long RealTracks audio file. When you want an Eb chord, there is a table that contains the offsets into the RealTracks audio file of all the Eb chord riffs (and BIAB will choose one of them). If that offset got entered incorrectly, then you could end up with the wrong chord. PGMusic has had to correct a few of those occasionally. I suspect that's what is happening.
