I don't know of any BIAB styles that sound like that or any that could easily be made to sound like that. Matter of fact, I think that a style like that should be written from scratch.
So the Wishlist here is the right place for this post IMO.
(***The MIDI to Style Wizard might work if you can find a good MIDI file example of the style. It won't take the work out of the style creation but it can really streamline the task, make it a bit easier to accomplish.***)
