Yes, hopefully that will do it. Pull it out and put it back in, the mechanical wiping action of doing that should clean any possibly dirty contacts between the card and the motherboard.

Open it up and check it carefully, sometimes a card will "pop" back up a bit, or sometimes replacing the screw or hold down on the tab can tilt the card and you lose connection.
