It is possibly the nicest interface I have ever seen in a consumer product. Highly recommended. (Wish the VG-88 had an equivalent that worked.) R. OP guitarman Expert Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 973 U.K	Hi Howard The version I downloaded is the I-Lok,which is a VSTand RTAS plug-in. As it is a plugin,it doesn't have a standalone mode. I don't know if other versions of the software are stand alone but,I would presume they would be. The easiest way to tell is try it. Alan
