I have managed to receive a result. I never thought that I'd dive that deep into the DOS environment again. I can get information about my collection of midi files. It will take a while but it is possible.

But in general the result is not what I need or better: would like to have.
The result is i.e. for the file "Across The Universe - Beatles (2).mid":
ACROSS~1.MID: Across The Universe (47 kb, format 1, 13 tracks, GS)

I would like to have something similar to the SongPicker list:
"Across The Universe - Beatles (2).mid, Across The Universe, 47 kb, format 1, 13 tracks, GS, key D, timesig 4/4, bpm 79, measures 72, duration 00:03:40:253"
and maybe the one or other parameter more. A result like this one I can manipulate according to my needs. I don't mind if I have to run two, three or four programs to achieve the desired result. This type of work is not daily work.

I have not yet managed to have the program midifade -songtime run for more than one file at a time and also I was unable to direct the result of that program into a file.

Thank you anyway for the help. It is a start. I'll keep searching.
