You can use F5 on any bar to set a new tempo. If I was using RealTracks or RealDrums I would make sure automatic substitutions was turned on.

Another way would be to create two sgu files using the same basic style and instruments, export each as a wav file then cut and splice as desired.

I used the second method on a song I never finished and it worked much better than I thought it would. I also tried the first method but did not care for the results.
