If you tried to set it and it doesn't work, then make sure you are running BIAB "as administrator", then make the setting again. Exit BIAB and see if it launches the selected file.
If it was working and stopped working, then just make the setting again. I've found that sometimes Windows updates remove the association (I suspect it has to do with the fact that the program is not in the registry).

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
